Stephanie Boothe and the Community Hospice team were out in full force at Spanish Fort Senior Center providing a delicious lunch for Baldwin County seniors from Chicken Salad Chick! We thought it would be a lovely way to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day all while educating our community on the difference between Home Health and Hospice care today,
Deciding between various forms of end-of-life care is one of the most important choices one can make, and we pride ourselves on involving ourselves in the community to help explain the difference to local seniors.
We love spending time with our friends at Spanish Fort and look forward to our next get together
and we are grateful for all our friends in both areas!
