Our Social Workers:
Assess the emotional, social, spiritual and financial needs of patients and their loved ones, and develop a plan of care to meet identified needs. Provide direct counseling or refers patients and loved ones to appropriate community agencies. Provide bereavement support.
Our Chaplain:
Assesses the spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones, and develops a plan of care to meet identified needs. Assists with memorial preparations. Provides consultation to community clergy and spiritual counseling.
