Watching the seasons change is truly a gift we all get each year, and we wanted to do our part to help bring that gift to the seniors of our community. This year, we visited our great friends at Diversacare in Foley, AL to help share the season with their amazing residents.
Our talented CH outreach & clinical liaison Stephanie Boothe showed off her talents by creating cheerful florals for the entrance area at Diversacare for all to see and enjoy. It’s a small gesture that can have a big impact on those who need it most, and it’s something the team at Community Hospice of Baldwin County is thrilled to do.
We truly look forward to work with the great team and residents of Diversicare for many Springs to come!
